Visualise your project in real-time with interactivity

Being able to see a render of your new project or development  or a video of a camera flying around the space is no longer enough for a lot of clients, but imagine being able to plan the space while you are in the project, change materials, place furniture and design themes and colour schemes.
We can do this in a efficient and fairly quick timeframe, provide us with Revit model or a set of plans and we can make it happen.

Project Insight Dunning Ave Sydney

This projects brief was the design of a new building built on top of the heritage listed parts of an existing building, the lower brick walls being the parts that had to remain.
The below videos show 3 different shots of the building as well as how I affects the entire block around the building.
This entire area had to built by us down to the smallest detail, we did not model the cars but everything else in the work of Light Enigma.
The Building itself also has a full interior and was able to be walked around in.

This shot was an intro to the presentation, which starts as you turn into the street and head south. It features walking people, driving cars, and a bird flying across the road, details which draw you into the believability o the shot

This second shot looks north and shows the transition between the two buildings.

This third shot is another transition shot, but instead focuses on revealing the foyer that replaced the driveway between the original buildings.
